TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSIONS

♠ GENERAL RULES ♠

- I reserve a right to refuse taking on a commission or pausing the process at any time for personal reasons.
- I do not support bigoted, racist, homophobic etc. views. I refuse to create pieces related to that or take on problematic clients.
- I do not allow the use of my art for anything AI/NFT related.
- I appreciate clear communication and fairly quick responses. Of course life might get in the way from both sides and it's understandable. I will not however work on a commission without a response from a client for 3+ weeks.

♠ PAYMENT ♠

- The full price with possible fees included will be stated before starting a commission.
- I take all of the payment after confirming a sketch with a client. After that I make sure to inform customer about the process.
* Unless agreed upon differently with a client before starting the commission.
- For tight deadlines there might be a rush fee.
- All prices may change slightly depending on the complexity of the design. If the design has a lot of patterns, complex clothing/hair or a big amount of elements the price might be higher which will be stated.
- From clients from countries other than Poland I take payment by Paypal or Ko-fi.

♠ PROCESS ♠

- The client is obligated to clearly state what they’re expecting from the piece at the beginning of the process. If they have a specific pose in mind, expressions, mood and lighting or if they expect more creative freedom from my side.
- Reference images, moodboards, colour palettes etc. are welcome!
I will send updates to confirm the piece is going according to clients' liking.
- Revisions are possible mostly in the sketch and lineart phase. Please be aware that I might not be able to make huge changes in further stages without charging a fee.

♠ COPYRIGHT AND USAGE ♠

- Please always credit me as the author of the piece/design.
- I reserve a right to post commission pieces on my social media.
- My work primarily is for personal use only. I do not allow creating and selling merch of it or essentially using it for commercial use without discussing the matter. Please contact me if you have any plans.

♠ NSFW ♠

- Only adults are able to commission NSFW and suggestive art. I need an age verification, for example a personal document with a birthdate to confirm.
- Im ok with drawing gore/blood/horror content for mature clients.
- I reserve a right to refuse a commission supporting or depicting fetish content.

ADOPTABLES

♠ TERMS OF USE ♠

- Please credit me as an author of the design.
- Don't remove my watermark.
- All the offers on my page include the design and art attached to that design at the time of its purchase.
- If a client wishes to use a design I created as a mascot, for marketing purposes, merch purposes etc. they’re obligated to contact me about a possible agreement.
- I do not allow selling a character for a higher price than originally sold without additional, quality pieces.

- Information about different adopts can be found on my social media, mostly on my Toyhouse.
- I transfer the character (on ToyHouse) after the payment is finalized, or send all of the art directly to the client.

♠ AUCTION RULES ♠

- Bid only if you are sure you can pay for the adoptable.
- Don't delete or edit your comment.
- Payment must be sent in 3 days after notification about winning the auction.
* Otherwise character get back on auction.
- Without additional artwork you can't resale character for bigger price then orginally sold.
- Auction ends 24h after last bid.
